Booking Through Thursday: 8/27
Today’s Booking Through Thursday topic: What’s the lightest, most “fluff” kind of book you’ve read recently?
I read a lot of fluff books, but the one I’ll put on here is:
There was one little mystery in this book, but it didn’t take long for it to come out, and it was about a pig. The only heavy action after that was in the bedroom. There was a lot of lovin’ in this book. It was an easy, light read.

I haven’t read anything by Evanovich outside the Stephanie Plum series. I don’t know if I could go with one about a pig though…

This is the first one out of the series I’ve read. It’s throwback. I think it was written back in the 90s but had a lot of the same values as Plum. The pig story is actually pretty clever. If you want a short read to get things off your mind, this is a good one!

Good answer; I know of a lot of people who read her novels. (They’re also the ones that I see most often when I walk into a bookstore!) However, reading “fluff” books is always nice for me; it gives me a great break from the heavier stuff I have to cover! If you would like to see my answer, it’s here.

Never read this author yet, but it seems like I’ll have to give her a try!
